i don’t speak japanese, but from what I can make out (except Nagisa and Rei’s first sentences)

Rei: “Us four are swimming at our last tournament together. Are we okay with leaving it like this?”
when it comes to Rei and Nagisa in the beginning I’m guessing that what was being said was something along the lines of “It looks like Haruka-senpai’s swimming is hesistant”
“Because Rei-chan is Haru-chan’s-swimming maniac!”
