It’s incredible. And the ending and opening themes are beyond amazing.
It’s honestly not a whole lot of action. It has a lot of dry humor and the story is very mysterious. The show is on episode four and we’re still not entirely sure of everything that’s going on.
Crunchyroll gets it same day as Japan in subtitles… just saying…

Well, in the other trailer, they do showcase the moe that is to come (about 16 seconds of it), but I think this will be awesome! XD They did make FMP Fumoffu and 2nd season. They are not doing Moe with action, they are doing Action with moe! 😀

So what? Blood bending is nothing new, and we all know it. But so are dragons and zombies and magical girls.
It’s all about the storytelling.
In case you actually once had a concussion before that leaded you to forget the whole members of Chronos, one of them shoots blood from his hand which can be emulated as killer geyser. As in Yuyu Hakusho (which was a late 80’s – early 90’s series), they also had a dude who used his blood (albeit he has to mix it with water) to build monsters and stuff. Hope that clears you up that DW wasn’t the pioneer of blood bending, hence leaving you not to stamp KnK as a DW rip-off.
So, grow up.

Really, what I’m hoping for out of this is something akin to Persona 4, where the students would stumble onto a strange power and try to solve an over arching mystery. The tone is certainly set for tragedy, which is actually what I’m most excited about. We’ve been seeing quite a bit of this sort of thing, and it is very well done as of recent.

There was some action in Chunibyo .. it was all “fake” but it seems people liked those fighting scenes and things got real XD

I wouldn’t say that, since to do that, all you have to do is have a good story and then animate it with your own art style. KyoAni just happens to have this kind of art style, it’s not because they’re purposefully ‘combining a cute style of drawing with a bad ass story’.
Because they were both produced by KyoAni, as well as Hyouka, Chuunibyou, etc.
