The manga is a cute yet forgettable gag manga about a lady and her maid who is also a dragon and the hilarities that ensue. It has one or two good jokes in amongst a load of fluff and rubbish. Exactly the kind of material I think suits KyoAni. But I suppose I am just a hater and can’t stand the work of KyoAni and have been generally avoiding their stuff for the past several years so go watch it yourself and figure it out.~Scamp

By western term, Shoujou Ai, though the manga has not ended yet so we won’t know how it will end up in the anime. If it gets long enough it may end up with even a marriage, otherwise a cliffhanging “Oh I will look forward till tomorrow with my female friend” or “It has been 1 year since Tooru left us”.

KyoAni also is pretty good at trying to adapt the original art style into their work

Kian Carlo Apurado They might of kept the style since the comedy (only guessing since I haven’t read the original manga) might be like nichijou where it would better the comedy since the pacing like nichijou might be rather fast paced and heavily exaggerated. KyoAni also is pretty good at trying to adapt the original art style into their work
